Are you a lender?
No. We are an independent advisor. We work with a network of banks, specialty lenders and funding partners, and our job is to find and structure the option that fits your business best.
Will talking with you affect my credit?
An initial consultation does not require a credit pull. When we do approach lenders, we are selective about where your file goes so you avoid unnecessary inquiries.
What size requests do you work on?
We work with small and mid-sized businesses on requests ranging from a single piece of equipment to commercial real estate and larger term financing. If a request is outside what we can help with, we will tell you.
What do I need to get started?
Just a conversation. Over time it helps to have recent business bank statements, the last two years of tax returns or financial statements, and a clear picture of what the funds are for.
How quickly can financing close?
It depends on the product. Some equipment and working capital requests can fund within days, while real estate and SBA financing typically take several weeks. We give you a realistic timeline at the start.
Tell us what you're financing.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell you which options fit and what lenders will want to see.
